John Cunha Comerford (UFRJ)

PhD in Anthropology (Museu Nacional/Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, 2001), professor at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro from 2003 to 2011 and at the Museu Nacional since 2011, and CNPq researcher. Author of “Fazendo a Luta” (1999), “Como uma Família” (2003) and co-editor of “Giros etnográficos em Minas Gerais” (2015) and “Questões e dimensões da política” (2017), besides chapters and articles. Research interests: peasantries, family and kinship, politics, ethics and moralities, language and performance.
