PhD in Social Anthropology at UFRGS (2005), with post-doctorate at Scuola Normale Superiore with Profa. Donatella Della Porta. Associate professor at the Federal University of Sergipe, in the Department of Social Sciences (DCS), in the Graduate Programs in Sociology (PPGS) and in Anthropology (PPGA). CNPq Productivity Researcher in the field of political ethnography, focusing on social movements, political system, state practices. He is currently working on anti-corruption protests, digital activism, parties and election campaigns, state practices against domestic violence, environmentalism.
