Dibe Ayoub (UFRJ)

Dibe Ayoub obtained her Ph.D. in Social Anthropology at Museu Nacional, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Currently, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the same university with a Faperj scholarship. She integrates the Gender and Rural Livelihoods research group and the Collective of Agrarian Scholar-Activists from the South (Casas). Dibe was a substitute professor at the Federal Fluminense University and a collaborating professor at CPDA/Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She works with traditional communities and social movements at the Paraná State and is mainly interested in conflict, violence, land, politics, gender, and human-animal relations.
